Pension Increase 2025

We are writing to inform you of a change to the payment schedule for the pension increase that was due to be applied from 7th April 2025.

Due to an internal administrative error, this increase will not be reflected in your April payment as initially planned. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. In the meantime, you will continue to receive your regular pension payment, which will be the same gross amount as received in March.

Please be assured that you will receive the full amount of the increase, backdated to 7th April 2025, in your May payment. This means that your May payment will include both your regular monthly pension amount and the arrears accrued from the April increase. We understand the importance of receiving your pension payments accurately and on time, and we are taking steps to prevent similar errors from occurring in the future.
