Employees with a contract of employment for more than 3 months
If you have a contract of employment for more than 3 months, you will be automatically enrolled in the Council’s Pension Scheme, if you are:
- under age 75, and
- employed by a designation body, and covered by the employer’s designation, or
- employed by an admission body, and eligible for membership under the terms of the admission agreement.
You should complete a pension starter form (CT108), and return it to your employer to ensure that all information is correct on your pension record.
